Bec + Hoani ~ Ancora Real Wedding

Bec + Hoani, certainly a wedding to remember. Even with the last minute change of plans due to the weather, their day was smooth sailing, full of love, beautiful moments and oh so much fun!

The Wedding Style ~

My brief to my florist / stylist was light and airy like a wild garden. I didn’t want too much structure or repetition, I wanted the undone look. My florist nailed it and totally knew what I was talking about, even when I didn’t!

Why Ancora ~

The waterside venue was perfect for us as we intended on having our ceremony at Lovers Rock, and the venue itself is open and bright and not a whole lot that needed to be done, which helped with keeping extra costs down and keeping within my minimal clean styling!

The Best Part ~

Honestly – the whole day. The vibes were high, all our favourite people where there and everything was EASY. I felt like my vendors and the staff at the venue had my back through out changing plans with the weather and last minute changes!

Fave Thing on the Menu ~

My husband and I are vegetarian so we had a seperate meal from our guests (which was amazing and felt so accomodated) but everyone raved about the lamb! We opted for the Mediterranean sharing meals and it was all beyond delicious and massive servings!

A Special Moment ~

The ceremony itself was beautiful and intimate, as well as grabbing a glass of champagne after all the formalities and taking a walk with my new husband and getting some night time photos under the fairy lights – romance!!!
