A LITTLE MORE ABOUT OUR VENUE ~
Ancora has been bringing a little bit of the Mediterranean to the Tweed Coast since our creation in 2017. Our light, bright interiors, complete with water views and a Med Club vibe, were inspired by owners’ Mark and Lia’s romantic Greek Island engagement.
WHAT ABOUT THE FOOD ~
With a similar theme running through our most popular menu, our Mediterranean shared feasting menu is never short on compliments. In collaboration with UK celebrity chef Matt Kemp our menus are designed to be shared and enjoyed together. With signature dishes such as slow cooked lamb and Byron Bay Haloumi – you cannot go wrong! But we also offer two other cuisines, Italian and Mexican (courtesy of our sister restaurant Lolita’s Cantina.)

Situated on the Tweed River, we’re conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from Gold Coast airport, minutes from world famous beaches and surrounded by multiple accomodation options, making this the perfect destination wedding venue.
